Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership
A three-year, cohort-based doctorate for working education professionals. The program begins each January and integrates advanced research preparation with leadership practice across P–12 and higher education.

The UC LEAD Ed.D. prepares leaders to improve curriculum, instruction, policy, and organizational systems through rigorous inquiry and strategic leadership.
