The University of California, San Diego, Department of Education Studies is pleased to host the 10th Annual Enrollment Management Academy.

Event at a Glance
- Dates: Monday, July 6–Thursday, July 9, 2026
- Location: UC San Diego, La Jolla, California
- Audience: California Community College leaders and teams
- Format: Four-day in-person academy
Lead Instructors

Lead instructor titles and biographies are available on the EMA Instructors page.
What to Expect
Participants will work with an enrollment management template and calendar to begin developing an enrollment management plan for their college.
The academy uses an interactive team-based approach. College teams learn core enrollment management principles and work with facilitators to analyze their own institutional data.
Participants will leave with an enrollment management plan or a strong foundation for one. The work focuses on meeting student needs while supporting the college’s FTES goals.
Attendees who do not have access to college data will receive sample data sets for practice during the academy.
The academy also addresses the Student-Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) and strategies colleges can use to maximize funding in each category.
Since 2015, the academy has supported California Community Colleges in enrollment planning and scheduling. The current EDS EMA page states that more than 100 colleges have participated. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
