Paget Foerster

Paget Foerster is a PhD student in Education Studies at UC San Diego. For the last 10 years he has pursued experiences in diverse educational contexts, and held a variety of roles. He has taught in Australia, Vietnam, Sweden, Spain, and Ecuador, and his roles have ranged from teaching English as a volunteer, to being a Dean of Students within a high school.

Paget holds an MA in International Education from the Universidad de Alcalá, Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Sport, and Physical Education from the University of Queensland, Australia. His research interests consist of the optimization of teacher well-being, and enhancing the retention rate of teachers.
