Gericel enjoys assisting others and considers herself a "people person".  She likes to laugh and often tries to find the humor in things.  At the same time, she is a dedicated person that will do what is needed to complete the job.

While not at work, her three kids (ages 2, 10 and 12) keep her busy at home.  When she can find the time, she likes to read or binge watch a good Netflix/Hulu series. She is currently attempting to convince her family to follow the Marie Kondo way of life (less clutter and keeping items that "spark joy").
