During business hours, email Manny for maintenance and housekeeping issues, including:
- Elevator problems
- Light replacement
- Plumbing issues
- Cleaning
- Door problems
Urgent requests after business hours: call (858) 534-2930. Your call will be forwarded to a voice messaging system.
- For non-emergency after-hours requests, leave a message for processing on the next business day.
- For emergencies, follow the prompt to dial “03” to reach the Central Utilities Plant for immediate response. Be ready to provide enough detail for the operator to assess the situation.
