Profile
Jane Hanqi Li is a first year doctoral student in the Education Studies program at UC San Diego. Her research interests span Education Innovation, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), AI Literacy, and Responsible/Trustworthy AI in education. She investigates how generative AI, conversational agents, and culturally responsive technologies can enhance classroom practices, support teacher practice, and promote equitable access to technology-rich education across diverse cultural contexts.
Before joining UCSD, Jane earned her M.A. in Learning Technology and Experience Design at New York University and her BFA in School of Visual Arts.
